Does it display the images in the subdirectories of spm5? If it can't display
these, then this would suggest that there is a problem with the software. If
it can display these images, but not yours, then it could suggest a problem
with your file format. If you install the latest updates, then the error
message may be more informative. My best guess is that the file
/tcd-disk2/PET/template_FDG_PET_OSEM_seg.hdr does not exist.
