TRIM should do your labels very nicely whether you drop Items from a list, in chunks, into the Worktray or try direct printing from a search. A decent Laser Printer and the right batch of Avery labels will see you a long way. I assume that label specification in any version of Context is slightly easier than in Captura and I am sure Tower Helpdesk will help with the detail.
The main gain for you with TRIM would be the flexibility of a using as much print on demand opportunity as you can work into your new processes.
It also occurs to me that you could use the 'Import Foreign Barcodes' options if you are fully coded up already.
IMPReS prints labels pretty well but very awkwardly unless you follow its prescribed route in my limited experience.
Can I talk IMPReS with you sometime if it is not too forward a request?

We are looking at migrating our Registry database from our old Impres Registry system onto the TRIM EDRM system.EDRM is in its early stages and we still create a large number of paper files at the moment and therefore need to be able to print out labels to stick on various parts of these files or, alternatively, find another way around the problem. Impres was born to print labels, TRIM is not, Has anybody had a similar issue around label printing - in which case, how did you get around it?
Thanks and best wishes
