It seems reasonable to give the third and then check antibodies, you can then boost or give accelerated courses from what data you get back.

Thanks for your reply. This is for an engineering company that services
and manufactures bin lorries.
Currently we do the 0 mth, 6 weeks and 6 month regime, but since taking on
a new client we have noticed that some have only had 1 or 2 vaccinations,
not the third. I am just not sure whether to give the third (if outwith
the 6mth period) and do titres, or re-immunise. The latter being a little
OTT is my gut instinct.
