I have tested my software on 32-bit Ubuntu Feisty Fawn, 64-bit Centos 4.4,
32-bit Redhat 7. My first inclination is to suggest you redownload the
distribution in case there was some kind of corruption. Next, see if
dcm2nii works (instead of dcm2niigui). You could also do a ldd dcm2niigui
to see if there is some library you do not have. If you still have
problems, it would be worth knowing the distribution (e.g. Ubuntu Feisty
Fawn 32 bit) and whether the other programs (NPM, MRIcron) work.
