28TH ANNUAL SRIP CONFERENCE, LONDON, 8-10th September 2008
This year's conference will be held at the MIC Hotel and Conference
Centre, 81-103 Euston Street, London (see www.micentre.com). Apart from
the usual reasons for visiting a SRIP conference (interesting papers,
good company) here are some others:
* Central location close to Euston, King's Cross and St. Pancras
mainline (and international) rail stations.
* A short walk from Tottenham Court Road, Oxford Street and
London's glittering West End.
* Close to the British Museum, the British Library and historical
Bloomsbury.
** First call for submissions for the 2008 SRIP conference **
Submissions for symposia, papers and posters on the psychological,
behavioural, medical and social aspects of all areas of reproduction,
birth and infancy are welcomed from researchers, students or
practitioners.
Presenting a paper or symposia:
A 250 word abstract and 500 word summary should be submitted by post or
email to the conference organiser Dr Ken Gannon* by the 18th April 2008.
Presentations should not exceed 20 minutes allowing time for discussion.
Presenting a poster:
A 250 word abstract and 500 word summary should be submitted by post or
email to the conference organiser Dr Ken Gannon* by the 30th May 2008.
A session for poster presentations will form part of the conference
programme and applicants will be expected to be available to discuss
their poster with delegates. A wine reception will also be served
during this time.
