In your rules should we not be going to BL before resorting to the list?
That's what I was told on joining my current library.

Subject: Reminder from list owner
Dear All,
generally speaking people are following the guidelines for posting
requests for ILLs to the list. Occasionally people forget so here's
another reminder to include the right info in the subject line.
LIS Medical should be used as a last resort, institutions should use
their
local networks to supply where possible
LIS Medical should not be used if you are intending to reach a specific
library for your request
The subject line should be in the format LIST ILL Request (Title of
Journal or Book)
Once the request has been satisfied subject line should read LIST ILL
Request Satisfied- (Title of Journal or Book)
Thanks
