dcache-srmclient-1.8.0-4.noarch.rpm conflicts with
dcache-client-1.7.0-39 which is part of a standard glite-UI install.
Unless dcache-srmclient is going into glite this will be a hack.
Fortunately GSSDCCRCBaseVersions doesn't (apparently) care about srm*
tools.
