Dear Fay. I value your opinions because past experience has taught me to. When I discover that you, as a member of the GPC have received inconsistent reports of the negotiating process that concerns me greatly. You are obviously not the only one who is angry but, like you, we all have to find ways to sleep peacefully so the anger is not always apparent and I'm sure many more than I abandoned the thought of influencing change through active participation within our 'representative system' because of the way they found it works (cabals, etc) so I respect you for battling away and having found a way to 'play the game' required to be in that system whilst maintaining an independent voice.

Any spoiled ballot is still a vote against 'A' since the only positive vote it appears the ballot will allow is an acceptance of A, so anything else is rejection. I'm not set on spoiling my ballot but am prepared to if I find the ballot only allows me to vote in a way that I consider would be hypocritical.
