I guess I'm not really sure how you do it in the GUI. I haven't used the
GUI in a long time and it has since changed. With the commandline it would
be --seed=<ROI1> --mask2=<ROI2> and this enables symmetric tracking. You
could include an exclusion mask of the other hemisphere, but that is
probably not necessary.
