Hi,
You can use the `fslstats Filename_L_hipp_n10_bcorr_p3.nii.gz -V `
to get the volume. This should be done on the boundary corrected images.
If your using first_utils to run the glm on the volumes, it will
perform the same operation but be sure to specify the boundary
correction threshold.
