You can do this with flirt if you use one image as the reference (the
resolution you want the output to be), the other as the input, and -applyxfm
-init eye.mat where eye.mat is:
1 0 0 0
0 1 0 0
0 0 1 0
0 0 0 1

I am trying to overlay two images of different resolution in fslview, one is
128x128x30
and the other is 182x218x182.
Does anyone know if it is possible to rebin the higher res image to match
the lower res one so they
can be overlaid in fslview (or interpolate the lower res one to match the
higher res)?
