Dear FSL users,
I am confused about the FSL vbm results orientation. If I use fslorient -getorient it tells me
that the tstat map orientation is radiological. I cannot see anything in fslview however about
orientation whenever I overlay the image on the avg152 brain. The x coordinate is always >0.
The paper by Douaud et al. on schizophrenia in brain shows the results in the neurological
convention (figure 1 and 3). Can you please help? Sorry if I missed any discussion on the list
about that but I could not find an answer by looking into the archives.
