Yes, I came across TWINE via (I think) Stephen Downes earlier this week.
I registered for the beta trial but haven't received account details
yet. Perhaps if you register for partnering interest you get more attention.
I'ld be interested in hearing anything from people who are using it.
Feel free to post to the list here: our meeting at the JISC CETIS
conference did seem to uncover interest in semantic technologies, and I
would like to hear whether service like Twine hit the same spot.
