Hi Marcos,
You could try to use: Structure::Constraint Sets:[Create Equiv. Peaks]
after selecting the constraint list.
Although, you'll probably need the patches sent earlier on this list for
things to work well, the official way to interact with ARIA2.2 is to use
the CCPN project directly. Select the CCPN project in the ARIA GUI and
make sure you have the option set to export restraints (or maybe peaks)
back to CCPN (prob for only last iteration).
