Dr Chen Tan-sun
Dr Chen is the Secretary-General of the National Security Council in Taiwan.
He is one of the leading dissident politicians who founded the Democratic
Progressive Party before the end of authoritarianism in Taiwan, and had been
an elected member of the legislature and the elected head of Tainan county
before he served as Foreign Minister from 2004 to 2006.
