KAPPA:

- The following bug fix: "LINPLOT can now be used to overlay many
curves without the AGI database file becoming huge." is replicated
earlier in the bullet point: "Graphics tasks that draw over an
existing plot..."

- The following may be worth of inclusion: "SURFIT has a new parameter
GENVAR to enable creation of a uniform VARIANCE component in the
output NDF. The constant variance is the mean squared residual of the
fit."

SMURF:

- All the points listed relate to the makecube command, but this is
not mentioned.

- "The output cube can be divided up into tiles of a given spatial
size" is listed twice.

- I presume we are not allowed to mention that makecube can now
process input cubes that are given as NDF sections? [Due to private
changes in sc2da]

- It may be worth including the following item: "The default spectral
range for the output cube can now be either the union of the
intersection of the input spectral ranges."

AST:

- Extra bug fixes:

o Formatted angles given as decimal degrees may now include an exponent.
o The testing of NDF WCS components to see if they can be represented
in FITS-WCS form has been improved.
o Alignment between two dual-sideband spectral frames now always
occurs in the observed sideband (whether USB or LSB). It used to occur
always in USB.
o A bug has been fixed that prevented a LutMap cancelling with its
own inverse.

NDF:

Maybe add a section on NDF including:

- It is now possible to specify external handler routines that are to
be called whenever an NDF is opened or closed.

- Various bugs have been fixed regarding the interpretation of NDF
section specifiers that include WCS values.

And an NDG section???

- New routines have been added that allow the saving and retrieval of
provenance information within an NDF.
