Hello,
We have just introduced delivery of articles via SED for our readers. I
would like to ask a couple of questions please.
In the circumstances where a reader has missed their 14 day deadline for
accessing their document, what action do you take? Do you re-request the
item, or are your readers informed that items of this type cannot be
resupplied?
If you re-supply, is this after consultation with a faculty librarian?
Where readers pay a nominal charge for the supply of the item - do you
still charge this even if the reader didn't access their document?
Please reply to me on the email address below.
Thanks,
Francine.
