Ahah! MTAS and MMC were not disasters of incompetent thought, planning,
implementation, management and {saying no minister || hearing no
minister} at all, but part of a carefully laid plan to mobilise
additional doctors to be employed by GPs and others in primary care.
Hmm. The planning is too deep for me to discern it, and I think there
is still no pool of underemployed sessional doctors in this country.
I suspect that the briefings of the new DoH ministers and SoS on how
primary care works have not included people who know how General
Practice - at least - works.
