You are confused. That is the government.

Or accept it.
Certainly there are situations it would be more pleasant to argue abuot
or vote on, but this is the real one.
I continue to think there is more appearance of alternative on there
than is necessary, leading to possible confusion.
One of my colleagues at our open meeting wished to be ballotted on a
different pair of options, and was resistant to explanations that those
were the ones offered by those to whom application would be made for the
money on offer, not any others.
