I'm afraid you will have to edit the script yourself,
but the modifications you'll have to make are really
easy.
Please look at the fsl archives
(http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?S1=fsl),
searching for: fslvbm white matter, for comments and
help.
