We've had this discussion before, where I think we decided to put off this
decision. Looking at the number of documents Malcolm has now added it's
probably time to put this set of directories on the same footing as the
others and make this work. Only question really is which documents get put
into "make world"? All, regardless of their potential use, or just those
we think are actually needed (in which case the recipe above could be used
to just install everything into the document server, which we'd have to
direct HTX at).
