Dear Hedok,
To address your questions, I am using Matlab R2006b with spm_preproc version
946. Using the GUI segment button, I just use the default settings and tell
the program to segment the image. The default settings for the gray matter
is already Native Space. I have also tried the other Modulated and
Unmodulated output in hopes that maybe the order of the options was mixed
up, but the outputs were also not in Native space.
As far as the segmentation result, yes, you are right and Dr. Ashburner has
already suggested the same fix to get a better segmentation. However, the
only caveat to that solution is that I can no longer do a 1-to-1 overlap
comparison with a separate manually segmented file that is in the
positionally-normalized-Talairach space. Any suggestions or insight is quite
welcome and greatly appreciated. Thank you for everyone's help thus far!
Best Regards,
On
