Hello,
I have two questions regarding SPM. Using SPM2 on Matlab 7.0 on a PPC Mac
(dual G5, OS 10.4)
1- I am attempting to run a Multi-group: conditions and covariates study.
This is based on FDG Pet scans, every subject had a pre and post treatment
scan, and I am trying to compare the treatments. After entering all of my
scans (17 per group, 2 groups) and covariates (3) I attempted to estimate
the parameters. During the estimation I receive the error posted below
(copied from matlab console) and it fails. SPM.mat file is created properly
(or at least the design looks as expected). Any suggestions?
2- Entering the image paths into this takes an extremely long time as there
are a total of 68 images. Is there a way to paste in the entire input to
the matlab console? This was possible with SPM99, however now SPM does not
seem to recognize the "enter" commands in the text file for pasting.
Thanks for any assistance, the error is posted below.
