Dear Dr, Henson:
I'm trying to modify your batch code for SPM5 first level analysis. I
always got following error message and could not figure out where was
wrong.
Calculating globals : ...done
??? Index exceeds matrix dimensions.
Error in ==> spm_fmri_spm_ui at 413
gSF(SPM.Sess(i).row) = GM./mean(g(SPM.Sess(i).row));
Error in ==> stats_spm5 at 219
SPM = spm_fmri_spm_ui(SPM);
