Antonino,
if the contrast is for a 2nd level, simply threshold the con images with
imcalc ; you can for instance do i1>=0 using the SPM interface you can
do that as a job; open the .mat and add all the images you need
at the 1st level, same thing with beta images; use imcalc to first get
beta>=0 then combine them as you need; obviously no stats per subject
here ..
