Dear Lei,
I don't know about the precise definition of the Amygdala ROIs provided by the WFU Pickatlas, but for the Amygdala ROIs distributed within the SPM Anatomy Toolbox, which are based on a microscopic histological analysis of the Amygdala complex in 10 human post-mortem brains, there is no size difference between the two hemispheres. Neither for the individual nuclei nor for the Amygdala as a whole.
Hope this helps
Simon
