Greetings to everyone and a happy new year!
I'm currently trying to get a grip on DCM, but I'm not quite sure if I
understood the internal timing and the Volterra method correctly.
In the Volterra kernels there appears a sigma. Am I right in guessing
that this parameter corresponds to the TR (e.g. 2 seconds), so the first
kernel points two seconds and the second kernel four seconds in the past
(when TR is 2 s)?
So in the full forward model
x point = f(x, u, theta)
I'm getting time slices according to this TR? Or do I mix up something here?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers!
