Dear Luca,
Normally brains are asymmetrical enough to be able to retrace your steps
in the SPM outcome. If not, you could help the asymmetry along by
artificially creating one: use any imaging software to e.g. "punch a
hole" on one side or increase the intensity on one side etc.
Hope this helps,
BW, A

Subject: [SPM] orientations
hy,
i'm sorry but i'm a new user of spm and i've a very simple problem to
solve.
how can i evaluate the left right orientation of the spm result?
i don't have now images to test and if someone has suggestions or images
with certain orientation, i'll be happy to receive them.
thanks to all
Dr. Luca Bellesi
