Thanks for the "hook" I've been waiting for to provide a "listserv scoop":
the curatorial choices made by the US Poet Laureate, Charles Simic, for the
Spring 2008 Poetry Readings at the Library of Congress. While I could
comment, I'll restrain myself for now. The Jorie Graham / James Tate
reading during Simic's Fall 2007 reign was worth attending for "coverage".
I had never previously had a chance to witness Tate.
