If I had been pulling a lever in N.H. last night, I would have pulled it for
her -- for the reasons you cite, and because I totally empathized with her
frustration at being dismissed as, basically, too old, too female, too smart
and too experienced.
Also, I wonder if pollsters ask married people, in each others' presence,
how they will/did vote. Does it not occur to pollsters that women might lie
in this circumstance?
(I am not married, btw -- but I've often seen this behavior in married women
of my acquaintance.)
