"i wasn't shouting". Then they said, "YES,
YOU WERE. WHEN YOU
HARDEN YOUR FACE LIKE THAT" -
i thought i was doing laconic, verging on
hangdog, but no matter - "AND FOLD
YOUR ARMS" - my posture was relaxed,
perhaps understandably a little defensive -
"IT FEELS TO US LIKE YOU'RE SHOUTING".
I said, "i think you're being a little unreasonable.
to me shouting means raising your voice."
"DON'T BE SO ARGUMENTATIVE", they said.
