Kay,
I your workers are using gluteraldehyde and/or formaldehyde and there is any
potential for skin exposure then you should certainly be considering skin
health surveillance, if only to comply with COSHH. How you do this will
depend upon the circumstances and may merely be regular visual checks by a
competent person or extend to skin condition measurement, etc.
