Dear all,
Has anyone got a process flow or procedure that outlines the process of
employee rehabilitation following extended absence, ideally with input from
OH, HR and production management.
There are times when reduced hours or specific start times may not be
viable from a production / shift perspective and its understanding how both
an individual employee's medical needs and manufacturing restrictions are
collectively taken into account to reach an appropriate compromise with
regards to rehabilitating an individual. A flow charted process defining
this tripartite relationship between OH / HR & Production Management would
be really useful.
