Hi everyone
Another question.....
In the factory pop ins and cans are worn as hearing protection however
cmpliance is terrible and monitoring whether people are wearingthe pop ins
is impossible because of mob caps, therefore the company has decided to
withdraw pop ins and to have a cans for everyone rule.
I am trying to devise a policy / flow chart for how we are going to
manage people who say they can't wear the cans (for health reasons)
people prefer the pop ins and we are trying to avoid everyone jumping on
the band wagon and going back to pop ins if they see one person wearing
them
Does anybody have anything like this?
Cheers
