qualitative analysis with existing data. Do pass on to anyone you think

must be available to travel to Edinburgh for team meetings.

Gender, Smokefree Legislation and Secondhand Smoke
An interesting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a qualitative
researcher with proven strengths in data analysis and writing papers.
The research will involve undertaking a gender-based analysis of data
collected in two previous qualitative studies: Evaluation of the
Scottish smoke-free legislation- a longitudinal qualitative community
study and Smoking in the Home in Scotland. The successful candidate will
have a higher degree in health or social research. Experience of
qualitative research into social aspects of health and/or gender would
be an advantage. The study is funded by NHS Health Scotland.
This full-time post is fixed term for 6 months starting in February or
March 2008.
Interviews will be held on the morning of 30 January.
