FYI, for some dumb reason, chemotherapy maps to the MeSH term, Drug
Therapy. I recommend using OR to combine the keyword, chemotherapy,
with the more proper MeSH term, Antineoplastic Agents. (Look at the
MeSH definitions for Drug Therapy and for Antineoplastic Agents, and
you'll see why the latter is more appropriate.) Better yet, include in
your search the *specific* chemo drug that your client wishes to use.
I listed some of the more esoteric MeSH on my webpage:

Have you tried Primary Health Care?
The Mesh Browser is quite useful, if you haven't come across it before.
I just typed primary care in the search box.

Subject: MeSH/Medline help
Hello All,
I have a request for information regarding the outcomes of administering
chemotherapy in a community setting versus a teaching/district hospital.
I have no problem with identifying the chemotherapy side of it, but does
anyone have any suggestions as to how I could differentiate between the
two settings. Terms like 'primary care' or 'community' don't cover the
right areas.
Thanks, in anticipation,
Paul
