Hi,
I'm running both an SL3 and SL4 CE at UKI-SOUTHGRID-RALPP with the
gridmapdir nfs mounted between them. I've just found that the same DN is
being mapped to different (but consistent) pool accounts on the two Ces:
heplnx101 - ~ $ globus-job-run heplnx206.pp.rl.ac.uk/jobmanager-fork
/usr/bin/whoami
dteam003
heplnx101 - ~ $ globus-job-run heplnx207.pp.rl.ac.uk/jobmanager-fork
/usr/bin/whoami
dteam001
Looking in the gridmapdir it looks to me as though the url encoding of
the DN is different between the two versions of the CE:
[root@heplnx206 ~]# ls -l /net/gridmapdir/gridmapdir/ | grep -i Brew
-rw-r--r-- 2 root root 0 Jan 11 16:20
%2fc%3duk%2fo%3descience%2fou%3dclrc%2fl%3dral%2fcn%3dchris%20dteam%20br
ew%3adteam
-rw-r--r-- 2 root root 0 Jan 15 14:56
%2fc%3duk%2fo%3descience%2fou%3dclrc%2fl%3dral%2fcn%3dchris%20dteam%20br
ew:dteam
notice the ':' as opposed to '%3a' before the VO designation.
Is anyone else running like this, can anyone confirm my observation?
Thanks,
Chris.
