Great! I can see it in the information system. My monitoring should pick
it up in the morning. Now just need to get Matt to publish Lancaster....

Emm, yes, this is true. I should have done a better job trying to
document stuff, although it's all be changing that much recently that it
is difficult to keep up. As I found out over the weekend, even the
dCache folks don't even have up to date and accurate docs.
As for the experiments, they are still scratching around trying to work
out how they want to use SRMv2.2. A clearer picture is emerging,
however. Just stay posted.

Check the dCacheSetup file for
$ grep SpaceManager /opt/d-cache/config/dCacheSetup
srmSpaceManagerEnabled=yes
# will have no effect if srmSpaceManagerEnabled is "no"
srmImplicitSpaceManagerEnabled=yes
SpaceManagerDefaultRetentionPolicy=REPLICA
SpaceManagerDefaultAccessLatency=ONLINE
SpaceManagerReserveSpaceForNonSRMTransfers=true
SpaceManagerLinkGroupAuthorizationFileName=/opt/d-cache/etc/LinkGroupAuthorization.conf
You should have srmSpaceManagerEnabled=no.
Also, you could just look into the admin GUI and see if there is any SRM
space manager v2 cell running.
Cheers,
Greig
