We have been having trouble getting FLIRT to submit to our cluster.
The FLIRT jobs just seem to run on the head node, and don't go
through fsl_sub.
We've got most FSL functions to utilize our SGE, but FLIRT has never
seemed to work. This normally wouldn't be a problem, but we have 20
subjects with several runs each, so we would like to script it and
send to our server. Is there any reason why the FLIRT command
wouldn't use the SGE through fsl_sub?
Thanks for the help,
