Hello,
I have been running a 2x2 repeated measures ANOVA following the examples in
the FEAT manual. The analysis ran fine, until the Higher-level stats, where
I get this error each time stats are computed:
> /bin/rm -rf stats?* tmp*
>
> echo 197 > stats/dof
>
> /bin/rm -f stats/zem* stats/zols* stats/mask*
>
> /usr/local/fsl3.3.11/bin/smoothest -d 197 -m mask -r stats/res4d >
stats/smoothness
> WARNING: Extreme smoothness detected in X - possibly biased global estimate.
> WARNING: Extreme smoothness detected in Y - possibly biased global estimate.
> WARNING: Extreme smoothness detected in Z - possibly biased global estimate.
This seems to be related to the fact that flame is run on 0 voxels, but I
really don't know why this is...
Any help would be mostly appreciated!
Best,
Stephane
