Hello,
I noticed something while attempting to register the thresh_zstat results
from multiple FEAT analysis of the same 4D data to a single anatomical 3D
data. When I used the GUI to apply transformation to secondary images, it
only writes results to a single output directory, overwriting previous
results. For example, if I use the example_func from 1.feat, output
func2hires to 1.feat, then apply secondary images of zstat1 from 1.feat,
2.feat, 3.feat, I would only get the result of zstat1 from 3.feat, written
into the 1.feat directory.
Is there a reason for this, or is it a "feature"? I dealt with this by
simply editing the flirt command line, but was wondering if I overlooked
some exceedingly simply feature already in the GUI?
