Hello,
Is there a way to limit maximal cluster size when creating activation cluster
lists? I used both Feat gui and command line "cluster" (version 1.2) but did
not find a command line option that would allow the cluster size limitation. I
tend to receive clusters that encompass several neighboring but unrelated
regions, such as insula, thalamus and striatum, with small "bridges" between
them, all in one cluster. Increasing thresholding z-value sometimes helps, but
mostly shows the same all-encompassing blob until a z-value that yields no
significant activation at all. If specifying maximal cluster size is not a
reasonable fix, what would be another, more principled way that would allow
meaningful cluster creation?
Thanks,
Dasa
