seems to have tried to do something similar; however, I could not get
through to any of their XML encoded texts. The e-mail of its author is
still there, though.
Perhaps the texts do not have to be completely marked up? Perhaps the
linking could be achieved dynamically?
There is an open-source Latin grammar, lexicon, and parser from 2004, by
Cornelis H.A. Koster:
