Hello,
I wonder if there is a way to connect carbohydrates to protein residues.
This is useful for e.g. o- and n-glycans. One example of an o-glycan is:
bDMan(1->4)[bDMan(1->6)]bDMan(1->4)bDGlcNAc(1->4)aDGlcNAc(1->)Asn
In analysis I can connect the carbohydrates to each other, but I cannot
connect them to Asn. Is this already possible, but I can't figure out
how? Or do you think it would be possible to implement this? Even if we
at our lab are not studying these kinds of structures very much many
others do so I think it would be nice if it could be fixed.
Thanks
/Magnus
