Yes, at the python command line issue the following:
from ccpnmr.analysis.LinkPeakListsPopup import LinkPeakListsPopup
popup = LinkPeakListsPopup(top)
Thinking about this sort of thing, it may be potentially useful to have
multiple copies of other popups (e.g. peak list tables), so I will look
into adding this as a general feature.
