Hi Wayne
I am trying to import a T1 pseudo3d data set in bruker format. It seems to
read in OK but when I try and assign a peak I get the following error
Exception in Tkinter callback

spectrum.experiment.sortedExpDims()[i].findFirstExpDimRef().isotopeCodes:
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'isotopeCodes'
After that first instance I just get,
Exception in Tkinter callback

File "/usr/lib/python2.4/lib-tk/Tkinter.py", line 1345, in __call__
return self.func(*args)

spectrum.experiment.sortedExpDims()[i].findFirstExpDimRef().isotopeCodes:
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'isotopeCodes'
Do you know what is causing this?
Another question I had is, when the program asks me whether the data is a
Pseudo Experiment, what is the correct format for the "Point values"? Is it
comma separated?
Thanks
Ben
