Hello there!
Just an idea, but have you considered using Dragon Naturally Speaking in conjunction with a product such as Jeyo Mobile Extender? (http://www.jeyo.com/extender.asp)
Jeyo Mobile Extender allows you to type SMS through Outlook, and then sends them through your connected mobile phone.
Personally, i find this invaluable for contacting large blocks of clients!
As I say, just an idea!

Subject: Mobile Voice Activated Phone
Hi,
I have a high spinal patient interested in a complete voice control for a
mobile phone. Does someone have experience with these and know of any that
work well. I think creating SMS would be ideal too. I have suggested that
the V620 on an SRS Intellec is still possible as Possum still have a few of
these kicking about.
Thanks,
Neil Gregory
