On Vista – try going to the Ease of Access centre and you may find on the left hand menu a hyperlink to ‘change administrative settings’ A 'requires permission' dialog box will pop up as you have to be in admin role. Having activated 'continue' you will find a check box that will allow any settings you choose from the Ease of Access Centre to start at the ‘logon desktop’ this will include the onscreen keyboard if it has been checked.
Hope this works. Happy New Year.
Best wishes E.A.

Hi Matthew and Happy New Year to everyone on the ASSISTECH list,
Matthew, I have a "HP Pavilion Entertainment" laptop with a touch screen. This brings on a on-screen keyboard at log in of Vista. Therefore, the only thing I can suggest, is that you visit the HP site or contact them and see if you can down load it. However, I thing they may wish for you to purchase the complete OS, or one of their laptops with the OS on it.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Peter

Is any aware of an on-screen keyboard for Vista which will be available at the log-in screen?
