I have contacted BML Manufacturing, who were very helpful. Their
wheelchair tilt platform conists of 2 hinged panels, with the tilt
introduced by the inflation of an airbag. I got the impression that
they have put the work into updating the risk assessment, technical file
and quality management asscoiated with the production of their device
and they are ready to start production. Cost will depend on whether
there is the demand to manufacture a batch or work on a one-off basis,
but is expected to be up to £2000. I'm now awaiting a full spec sheet.
