Research Fellow in Medical Statistics (vacancy ref. 13696)
The Clinical Trials and Evaluation Unit of the Bristol Heart Institute,
University of Bristol, wish to appoint a Research Fellow in Medical
Statistics to provide the statistical input into the analysis,
presentation and interpetation of results of clinical studies (both
observational and randomised controlled trials) and to undertake
statistical research in a range of areas pertinent to studies in cardiac
surgery and cardiovascular medicine which have been identified as
requiring further in-depth exploration. This post is funded by the British
Heart Foundation for four years in the first instance.
If successful, you may be appointed either on a fixed term or a permanent
contract depending on the extent of your previous relevant research
